Monday evening, I'm sitting in a bar.
Tired from working, way home is far.
On my sticky table a drink not touched for long.
I thought it might be funny here, now I know I was wrong.
If I just went home - but at home is my wife.
She talkin' 'til my ears bleed, I wish I had a knife.
Nobody's here, I grab the next beer.
I scratch my butt and drown all tears.
Monday evening is an annoying, chubby guy.
You never get rid of him and he eats your pie.
Instead I'm sitting in a dirty bar, the mood climbs down the ladder.
I think I gotta piss, there's a pressure on my bladder.
Monday evening...
In front of the toilet-room 2 girls sitting on the ground.
Try to follow their conversation but I couldn't stand the sound.
You should have heard what they were talking 'bout: "Hey, did you hear-
There's much more sugar in juice than in coke", "Oh real?"
In the toilet-room I open my pants.
get working but a but a man comes in and stares at my lance.
He's picking out his one and starts to pull.
"Thank you", I said and left my tank a quarter full.
Monday evening, who is this mess?
He makes me going home and cuddle my woman's ass.
I leave this place, start going home.
Rubb my eyes and face and wish I never were gone.
You only see people you don't wanna see.
And people you wanna see don't wanna see you.
Monday evening

Italian Dreams

Long time ago
something changed my life:
I met a girl who became my wife.
We had a great time
I drunk plenty of beer
She knew when we married where I am the bottle's near.
Someday she said
My alcoholism gets worse
And if I don't stop drinking she will gets us divorced.
Shortly there after
There was only one way:
Getting' really drunk and now it's visiting day!
I was knocking at her door
With flowers in my hand.
She smelled the alcohol
And shouted: "This is the end!"
My heart is broken,
How could she dare?!
Everything was so easy
When she was there.
She must be joking!
My head told to me.
Eventually my brain has lost a bit agility.
Tried to talk, tried to discuss
but she just closed the door.
Discussing turned to begging and I fell down to the floor.
With a wounded pride
I started crawl back home.
Back in the real world I'm suddenly alone.
My mind cleared up
slowly but sure.
I start to recognize that what I've hurt is not to cure.
I was Knockin' at her door!
With flowers in my hand.
She smelled the alcohol
And shouted: "This is the end!"
My heart is broken,
How could she dare?!
Everything was so easy
When she was there.
Not long ago
Something changed my life:
I lost the girl who became my wife.
My world is broken
I do not exist
Just sleeping all day, just being tired and pissed.
I decide to make an end
Taking a bath with a hairdryer.
It's a modern world so death comes in a wire.
I woke up in the rain
My body still tensed.
Realized that I was dreaming and I had another chance.
I went home to wash myself
Without electric aid
Got flowers for my valentine, for my lovely maid!
I was knocking at her door
With Flowers in my hand
There was no alcohol
Only the love of our band.
My life is complete
Just because of her.
Everything's so easy
When she is there.

Soul For Rent
04:11
|
|||
It's a summer night, smoke in the house.
People in haze, dancing for hours.
Air's hot, the roof is wet
Smells like cigarettes, beer and sweat.
I sit in a corner, don't really care,
Look up from the table — and saw you there.
Sweat drops on your heated neck.
I catch myself staring at your back.
Sun's down but hot wind blows,
I watch your body moving slow.
Music plays, a glance at your knee -
I shudder when you look at me.
What happened? You're dancing on my bones.
Two wet bodies and cant get ice-cream-cones.
Too hot to breathe, the air is on fire,
You rub my leg, sparks in my wire.
I won't sleep tonight, this must never end.
One look at you changes everything -
You leave and grab my hand.
I wanna be with you,
My soul is for rent.
The sun is rising.
You leave and grab my hand.

Place To Die
05:36
|
|||
I'm sitting in my saddle
hungry and my mouth feels dry
my horse is getting tired
but this is not the place to die.
I go ahead for money
my work here is done
tied behind the horse
hangs a victim of my gun
I hope to see my love again
it's far too long ago.
But first I have to do my job
although I miss her so.
It's been years since I left
thinking about home makes me sigh.
City grows at the horizon
no here's not the place to die.
After all that time
I hope she remembers at all.
My love for her is growing
the more the distance gets tall.
I reach the city in the morning
the price for the body was high.
So I take the money and I take a train
and hope to reach the please
I can die.

Caveman

Paul the caveman down in the hole
Is missing one thing to feed his soul.
A hotblooded man never fearing a fight
Only needs dead meat and a hotblooded wife.
When he comes to meat, he's all filled up
But when a woman comes by his tongue's a knot.
His Mama told him 'bout a magical juice
So he's drinking the booze and his tongue broke luce.
And he's looking to the left! Hey, hey!
And he's looking the right! Hey, hey!
Going out the hole - Hey, Hey!
For the Wanna-Hump-Fight!
The Chase begins with girl number one
Her name's Theresa but she said "MOVE ON!"
Juice in Paul began to boil
He started dancing, stomping the soil.
He turned around swinging his leg
when she decided to pound his head.
Club meats skull, skull meats floor,
memories gone of what happened before.
And he's looking to the left! Hey, hey!
And he's looking the right! Hey, hey!
Getting on his feet - Hey, Hey!
For the Wanna-Hump-Fight!
The chase goes on with girl number two
Her name is Margaret and she said "Hey you…"
Paul was moved by the shameless flirt
He couldn't help the tent in his skirt.
A rock came flying from her husbands hand
Paul knew: "This guy is not my friend."
Rock meets skull, skull meets floor,
memories gone of what happened before.
Paul the caveman
climbing on a mountain.
He called out to Cave-Town
and all the people came.
He looked at the people,
No, he looked at his fans!
Paul the caveman
did the caveman-dance!
And he's looking to the left
And he's looking the right! Hey, hey!
Leaving the stage - Hey, Hey!
He's gonna hump tonight!

My neighborhood is crazy,
I live in Wiclef-Lane.
Everyday starts hazy,
people are insane.
Like Mrs. Haberdasher:
she's cooking for her pet.
Her husband died from heart attack -
now she's got a fat cat.
But I like being here!
feel nothing, I don't care.
I lean back and put up my feet,
Never worry 'bout anything anymore.
The cat is notorious
for raids on neighbor's kids.
It's acting really furious
but then fell in a pit.
There was a crazy laugh
which came from drunken Joe.
He put it in his deep fat fryer -
what a cruel show.
But I like being here
feel nothing, I don't care.
I lean back and put up my feet,
don't worry 'bout anything anymore.
Mrs Haberdasher -
completely lonesome now,
clenched her fist
and went to drunken Joe.
Never give a deep fat fryer
to a drunken man.
Otherwise a woman comes
and kills you with her pan.
But I like being here!
feel nothing, I don't care.
I lean back and put up my feet,
don't worry 'bout anything anymore.

Born So Blue
06:30
|
|||
I was born so blue!
there's nothing I can do.
I was born so blue, yeah it's true.
Since I stepped out my mom
everything's going' wrong.
Since I stepped out my mom
my misery's holding on.
Oh yeah.
I was born so blue!
Got holes in my shoe.
I was born so blue, yeah it's true.
I am a lonesome man!
My cat is my only friend.
I am a lonesome man!
Lonely 'til the end.
Oh yeaah!!
I was born so blue!
Wish I could be happy, too.
I was born so blue, yeah it's true.
I never learned to laugh!
When I try stops my breath.
I never learned to laugh
and I will not until death.
Oh yeaaah!!!

Charlies Old Days
03:20
|
|||
Charlie woke up
and felt like old meat,
eyelids glued together
nails grown in his feet.
A crumbled hairy sack
with no use and no need.
Charlie left his bed.
Charlie went to bath
scratching his balls,
looking in the mirror
man, he was fat 'n small.
Then he saw his hair fall out
and knew that it was fall.
Charlie left his apartment.
Charlie went down to the bar
and after fifteen beer
he slapped a woman's ass
but the boyfriend was near.
Poor Charlie was beaten up
and died without a tear.
Charlie left this world.

She's Gone
02:45
|
|||
She's gone!
She left me and went away !
She's gone
and ruined my fuckin' day!
Now I'm sitting here, staring at the wall
can't eat, can't drink only wait for her call.
She's gone.
All I have to think about is trying not to scream and shout.
I feel so lonesome I could die, I hope nobody sees me cry.
Later
I'm staring at the floor.
I love her!
With every minute more.
My bed is empty, my bed is cold.
I'll wait for her until I'm old.
She's gone.
I remember that time when you were in town.
Tears run from my eyes and fall down.
I close my eyes and all I see is
You right here in front of me.

House Of Voodoo
03:57
|

Come on in,
I'd like to say welcome!
You like a piece of pie?
I'd love to give you some.
But as always in life -
everything has it's price
You will never leave this place!
From now on this is your home!
You sleeping in the basement
and I live in the dome!
And don't try to escape—
you know it is too late.
Down there is a sticky girl.
She will be your mate.
"WHAT?!"
I think I better leave,
no I think I gonna run,
suddenly it's dark in here,
my legs feel stunned.
A terrible noise,
an awful voice,
I crashed in a table,
not able to rise.
This house is haunted,
I'm lying here in pain.
And this stupid table is my chain?!
"What 'ya say?! Who is there?!"
Stupid Tables everywhere!
I don't wanna lie
I want my piece of pie!
"Who's there? What 'ya say?!"
fuckin' tables outta my way!
I don't wanna die
tonight.
